Molasses Cookies

Preheat over to 325 degrees.

Whisk together these dry ingredients:

Cream together:

Add and beat until light and fluffy:

Add:

Beat in:

Gradually mix in the flour mixture.

Put 1/2 c sugar in a bowl. Form 2” balls, roll in sugar.

Place on a baking sheet 4” apart and flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.

Bake 15-16 min or until puffed and golden on the bottom, still soft. Don’t overcook or they will be hard.
