Quick Rich Coffee Cake

Sift together:

• 2 c flour (may use 1 c whole wheat pastry flour)
• 3/4 c sugar
• 2 t baking powder
• 1/2 t salt

Cut in:

• 1/2 c butter

Add:

• 1 egg, beaten, with milk added to make 1 c
• 1 t vanilla

Mix and spread in a greased 9x13 pan.

HoneyBee Glaze:

Melt in a small saucepan:

• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/4 c milk
• 1/4 c butter
• 1/4 c honey
• 1/2 c nuts (optional)

Spread HoneyBee Glaze on cake.

Bake no more than 20 min in 9x13 pan. Let cool slightly, and enjoy.

De-pan all pieces before completely cool.
